Tko smo

XYZ Player (xyz-player.com) je aplikacija za reprodukciju IPTV sadržaja za Android TV i Android mobitele, s pripadajućim web panelom za provajdere. XYZ Player ne pruža niti prodaje TV kanale ili drugi sadržaj; sadržaj dolazi izravno s poslužitelja korisnikovog IPTV provajdera.

Koje podatke obrađujemo

• Podaci o uređaju: nasumični identifikator instalacije, model uređaja, verzija aplikacije i vrsta uređaja (TV ili mobitel), država određena iz IP adrese te vrijeme zadnjeg korištenja. Služe za rad aplikacije, sprječavanje zlouporabe i statistiku.
• Aktivacija: kod provajdera koji korisnik upiše i veza s njegovim provajderom, kako bi aplikacija prikazala izgled i adrese servera tog provajdera.
• Podaci za prijavu na IPTV uslugu: korisničko ime i lozinka koje korisnik upiše spremaju se na uređaju, a kod vlastitih playlista i na našem poslužitelju u šifriranom obliku, samo radi povezivanja s provajderovim serverom.
• Izvještaji o greškama: kad se aplikacija sruši, pri sljedećem pokretanju šalje tehnički opis greške (bez osobnih podataka) radi popravka.
• Kontakt obrazac: ime, e-mail, tvrtka, telefon, država, broj korisnika i poruka koje pošaljete, te IP adresa radi zaštite od neželjene pošte.

Popis kanala, programski vodič i sadržaj koji gledate preuzimaju se izravno s poslužitelja vašeg provajdera i ostaju na uređaju. Ne pratimo što gledate.

Oglasi (samo mobilna aplikacija)

Kad korisnik u mobilnoj aplikaciji koristi vlastitu playlistu (a ne prijavu preko provajdera), aplikacija može prikazivati oglase Google AdMob. Google pritom može koristiti identifikator oglašavanja uređaja i podatke o korištenju prema svojim pravilima (policies.google.com/privacy). Korisnici iz EU-a prije toga dobivaju obrazac za privolu.

Vanjske usluge

• Cloudflare – zaštita i dostava web stranice i API-ja.
• TheSportsDB – raspored utakmica i rezultati u sportskom vodiču (naš poslužitelj ih dohvaća, bez vaših podataka).
• TMDB – opisi, posteri i glumci filmova i serija.
• Radio Browser – popis radio stanica.
• Google (Cast, AdMob) – Chromecast i oglasi u mobilnoj aplikaciji.

Koliko dugo čuvamo podatke

Podatke o uređaju čuvamo dok se aplikacija koristi i brišemo ih na zahtjev. Upite s kontakt obrasca čuvamo dok je potrebno za odgovor i daljnju suradnju, a najduže 2 godine. Izvještaje o greškama brišemo nakon popravka.

Vaša prava

Imate pravo na pristup, ispravak i brisanje svojih podataka, ograničenje obrade i prigovor, te pravo na pritužbu nadzornom tijelu (u Hrvatskoj: Agencija za zaštitu osobnih podataka, azop.hr). Za sve zahtjeve javite nam se putem kontakt obrasca.

Djeca

Aplikacija nije namijenjena djeci mlađoj od 13 godina i svjesno ne prikuplja njihove podatke.

Promjene

Ova pravila možemo izmijeniti; nova verzija objavljuje se na ovoj stranici s datumom.

Who we are

XYZ Player (xyz-player.com) is an IPTV playback app for Android TV and Android phones, with a web panel for providers. XYZ Player does not provide or sell TV channels or any other content; content comes directly from the servers of the user's IPTV provider.

What data we process

• Device data: a random installation identifier, device model, app version and device type (TV or phone), the country derived from the IP address and the time of last use. Used to run the app, prevent abuse and for statistics.
• Activation: the provider code the user enters and the link to that provider, so the app shows the provider's look and server addresses.
• IPTV login details: the username and password the user enters are stored on the device and, for the user's own playlists, encrypted on our server, only to connect to the provider's server.
• Crash reports: after a crash the app sends a technical error description (no personal data) on the next start so we can fix it.
• Contact form: the name, e-mail, company, phone, country, number of users and message you send, and the IP address to protect against spam.

Channel lists, the programme guide and what you watch are loaded directly from your provider's server and stay on the device. We do not track what you watch.

Ads (phone app only)

When a user of the phone app uses their own playlist (not a provider login), the app may show Google AdMob ads. Google may use the device's advertising ID and usage data under its own policy (policies.google.com/privacy). Users in the EU are asked for consent first.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare – protection and delivery of the website and API.
• TheSportsDB – fixtures and scores in the sports guide (fetched by our server, without your data).
• TMDB – descriptions, posters and cast of movies and series.
• Radio Browser – the list of radio stations.
• Google (Cast, AdMob) – Chromecast and ads in the phone app.

How long we keep data

Device data is kept while the app is used and deleted on request. Contact form enquiries are kept as long as needed to reply and work together, at most 2 years. Crash reports are deleted once fixed.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing and to object, and to complain to a supervisory authority. For any request, reach us through the contact form.

Children

The app is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data.

Changes

We may update this policy; the new version is published on this page with its date.
